- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our buyers we meet with them and give them a full walk-through of the home buying process. This walk-through includes information on where to start, what to expect, and we also inform our buyers of the strategies to use when it comes time to make an offer on a home they select. For sellers, we meet with the client and go over a listing presentation. There we discuss their home features as well as provide them information for the real estate market for their specific area. This enables us to present a competitive listing price. We make sure that our clients are informed every step of the way and we provide an open line of communication.

One of the most memorable projects is a home we were able to monitor and manage for a complete renovation. It took 2.5 months from start to finish.
