- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system and I am very reasonable compared to any of the top stylist in my the fresno area I actually feel I am very very reasonable for the experience education knowledge and talent for which I have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically would schedule a complimentary consult and the client comes in and I try and find out what they are looking for I ask what they do how much time they spend and how much time they want to spend doing their hair and after all that I kindly give my feed back and when a decision is made I make sure we are both saying and thinking the same thing I try to avoid the hairstylist lingo as they may not understand it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in two different states Michigan and California my license in Michigan is as an instructor, I have taken uncountable classes in hair cutting, hair coloring, extensions, salon business , product knowledge and the list goes on . I love what I do and feel you need to keep up to date if I take a class and learn only one tiny thing from that class then it was worth while I love ganing knowledge about anything not just hair !
