I am an out-of-state attorney that hired Jimmy to serve what was supposed to be an "easy" subpoena at a business. Naturally the "easy" job turned into a complicated mess. Jimmy remained professional and managed to find a solution and completed the service without any other issues. He kept me completely informed which I was then able to relay to my client. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 25 years of law enforcement experience. 23 of those years as a detective. I have an additional 10 years experience as a financial crimes Investigator in the banking and credit card industry. I have over 2500 hours of law enforcement and criminal investigations training.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions. Make sure you're hiring a reputable provider. Ask for references and licensing information. Remember, anyone can read a crime novel or watch CSI. That, in itself, does not make one an investigator. A process server or private investigator in the state of Texas, must possess a current license issued by the state in order to provide those services.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask about the providers training and experience.
