Introduction: It takes courage to seek counseling and create change. Success is possible. I have heard so many stories of restoration: marriages that seemed beyond hope gaining incredible intimacy; people whose lives have been riddled with anxiety finally start to take control. It is possible and I believe you can do it. The road may not be easy but it is worth it. I am a Christian counselor who integrates Biblical truth with effective counseling methods. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Attachment Theory. I also love to be creative and incorporate other methods such as thinking through early recollections, creating genograms, and using art during sessions. Ultimately, my goal is to clients gain freedom through attaining greater awareness, integrity, community and hope. To know more about me, I am an interracially married mother of two young boys. I am an avid reader and movie watcher and I love learning about new cultures and having good conversation.
