- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial conversation to touch base and getting to know eachother, pre-production begins. Pre-production can include script writing, prepping questions for any interviews, discussing schedule, and clarifying any production elements. Each project is uniquely different, so this first step can vary depending on the scope of the video. Once all of the details are ironed out and pre-production is completed, production can begin. The actual shoot will involve us traveling to your location or meeting on set somewhere. Equipment will be brought and set up, and shooting will begin. We will help guide you through this whole process to make it as straight forward as possible. Upon completion of shooting, post production begins. Editing time can vary depending on the project, but generally the first cut can be delivered within a week of production. We work with our clients on any revisions that need to be made, to make sure they end up with a product that meets their expectations.
