- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first and most important step is to get to know the individual and devise a custom relocation package tailored to their specific needs. Every person is different and every move is different. Once we establish a plan of action we provide our customers with the option for an on-site quote where we provide them with a quote so they know what their move will cost before it even starts. During that quote, we also provide the customer with money-saving tips and suggestions to make their move go as smooth ass possible. At Zip Moving And Storage we want to build relationships and customers for life. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been professional movers since 2012. During that time we have completed over 3500 long distance moves and counting at a customer satisfaction rate of 96%. All of our crew members are full-time professional movers who work directly for us. Unlike most of our competitors, we do not hire day-labor or outsource our workload. We handle every move in-house and our men are truly the best in the field.
