- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Home Moving Service Includes: • *2 moving professionals that will make sure every item is transported safely to the new destination. • On-Time Arrival • All supplies and truck (truck size varies dependent on home size). • If packing services are needed, there is an additional fee for packing + supplies if needed. The standard hourly rate is $75 plus a $40 one-time travel fee w/ minimum 2-hour move. We do require a down payment of $100 to hold your move date reservation. The down payment is deducted from your final bill. When filling out your route form will be able to estimate the total amount of move hours (2hrs or more) - If the move goes longer than expected you will be charge accordingly for any time over.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a move quote. Upon acceptance we schedule your move date and walk you through the process. We strive to alway be one time and work quickly to get you into your new home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
3 Brothers Moving Company is made up of Marcus, Kenneth, and Chris Slater. Growing up, their family moved often to different parts of Florida and eventually to Tennessee. The combination of their dad teaching them hard work and their mom being organized and particular has created the perfect ingredients to make a moving company. They have a system that has worked great for them since they were young boys. They are committed to taking the best care of your items and making your move easy. Moving is exhausting enough as it is!
