Yes,it's based off cost of per food item served,and other services needed and provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer first. Discuss food preferences and have a tasting to determine menu items and price. Follow up with agreed contract,secure deposit for date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some formal training,but have had experience from traveling and cooking through Europe and two restaurants of my own and personal chef service
