- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most service calls are done on a base amount to come out and evaluate the job. On a service call that requires hours to plan may be set at no more than $2900. This includes all costs to start and accounts for off the job hours for obtaining or ordering materials. In some cases where it is just a basic service to fix or repair quote is valued at $139. Which at the time the repairman could do a assesment to have a more precise outlook on what needs to be done. Quotes and estimates are always Free or charge unless while making a estimate a service man does any type of physical change to existing condition .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial conversation basic introduction of what we do .Then a relative short talk about what issue may have required our services on repairs and options that we would suggest to resolve it from having any further issues .
