- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to know their Name, and an explanation of the following: What issue are you experiencing? How long has this issue been occurring? Have you attempted any fixes? Do you have another computer you can work from while I repair this one? What is your expected repair time?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Science, and 3 IT Certifications. A+ Network+ Security+
