- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Mr. Handyman of Garner and Fuquay-Varina bills on a time and material basis. Labor is charged at $49 per half hour with a one hour minimum. Also there is a $58 service charge to cover the cost of of the van and getting the technician to your home. There is also an estimate fee based on the customers location. All pricing does not include Sales Tax which was implemented as of January 1, 2017.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new customer we will ask several questions about your project to determine an estimated cost from office staff. If the office staff can be complete an estimate for you, we would recommend an on-site estimate in which a technician would go over the specifics of the job with you. The cost of the on-site estimate is $50, but it gives you time with the technician to discuss the project as well as get a more accurate estimate for your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Mr. Handyman of Garner and Fuquay-Varina has completed several business and organizational management courses to include receiving a degree in Business Management. The technicians of Mr. Handyman of Garner and Fuquay-Varina all have over 10+ years of experience in the trade, are background checked, and drug tested to ensure the highest level of satisfaction by the customers when the work is completed.
