FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I gladly provide FREE estimates on new additions to homeowner's lighting & power system. I then give the customer a FLAT RATE quote. The customer knows the price going in, and does not have to worry or stress over time or material going over budget. On occasion I will give a PRICE RANGE quote when the customer is just needing a ballpark figure to make a basic decision. On Troubleshooting calls, I charge $155 per hour with a 1.5 hour minimum ($232.50). This Service Call is for the purpose of assessing, diagnosing and correcting an electrical problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is listen. I want to clearly understand the customer needs accomplished. Then I like to provide options for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Master Electrician in the state of Texas. I have over 25 years experience in all types of electrical service and construction settings.
