- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way my pricing works is as follows. The first initial deep clean is always the most expensive. If you are a customer every 2 weeks it will actually workout being cheaper for you than monthly. Less mess to clean if we keep on top of it. I also give a $30 discount for referrals. Our work is always satisfaction guaranteed, if we don't clean better than your standards then we will come out free of charge and fix any issues you have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer whether it be a one time only deep clean or the beginning of a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reoccurring customer. I always like to talk with them and see exactly what their needs are. Possibly meet up for an in home consultation and design a cleaning plan to meet their specific needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked as a CNA for 4-5 years doing daily up keep on patients homes. once I had my daughter I started doing post construction cleans and just fell in love. I have done residential, post construction and apartment communities since.
