FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the case of a potential insurance claim, we meet with the customer and offer to be onsite when their insurance adjuster comes to inspect the roof. This gives the customer a clearcut advantage in that we know how the adjuster works and how to help him understand the scope of the work required, especially if a new roof is the best choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our foremen have over 2 lifetimes of experience in roofing, while our crews have been on top of buildings roofing for much of their lives. We only use dependable crews, who are both professional and qualitatively focused. We don't tolerate less than the best workers atop your building.
