Ben was amazing. He worked diligently both days that it took to correct/install my drip system. He found many of the old problems and resolved all of the issues. He even offered to come back in a few days to make sure all is working well. Great guy!

I needed new windows for my townhome as mine were single pane and anything but efficient. Ben reached out to me quickly, came the next day for measurements and gave me a quote just hours later. Within a couple days he was back over and installed three brand new high quality solar- dual pane sliding windows. I am so impressed with not only the windows he chose for me but how quickly and efficiently he and his team work. I will definitely be using him again and recommend him to anyone.

Ben was able to come to the condo on quick notice and hang a variety of art pieces including two large oil paintings, He is easy to work with and did a great job. We are quite pleased and would recommend him to others!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the type of work. In general I charge ,$75 an hour. (Not including materials and additional costs.) However I often bundle services and projects into 1 total price package. (this is all inclusive and figures all costs associated with job)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk with them over the phone to establish their needs and determine if I can help them effectively and affordably. If I can help them I ask to meet & see their project and get to know them on a personal level. If we both determine were a good fit and we can help each other out I discuss price and options for project completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands on work experience in most skilled trades. I am certified and accredited in many. I have a Business Communications & Management education from ASU.
