The 3D team was wonderful to work with. Karen was able to focus our direction and style and gave us a plan to work through in phases. She was well versed in furniture specifications, fabrics and finishes. Her use of 3D technology really helped us visualize what the final outcome of our home will be. We look forward to working with her team in the future.May 4, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? In most instances our process is as follows: 1.) On-site Consultation 2.) Follow up with revisions 3.) Installation Appointment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In addition to 17 years of design industry experience, I also have a Real Estate license that’s currently dormant. For years I consulted for a major valley home builder as a Designer. I’ve also consulted for boutique design firms and studied under some of the best designers Texas and Arizona has to offer. My degree is in Fine Arts with my major being Interior Design. It includes combined minors in Business Administration, CAD drafting, marketing and merchandising. The Interior Design program is Accredited at the University of North Texas.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? The best design projects have semi-prepared clients, who’ve done a little research to discover their likes and dislikes. Our most recent staging project went really well. It received an above asking offer with the first showing and closed in 30 days.
