Introduction: I taught electrical and electronic engineering subjects in a Singapore educational institution for many years. I also homeschooled my gifted son for 8 years and volunteered as a teacher for Lego Robotics, Snap Circuits, and STEM Lab at a homeschool co-op for 2 years. I really enjoyed the homeschooling process with my son when he was younger as I got to learn from his perspective. The homeschool co-op in Pennsylvania also helped me to cater to students who learn in a different manner from that in a classroom setting. I am currently teaching Middle School (Science and Math) to High School Students (Math and Physics) who have learning challenges at a private school. She helped my Haley gain confidence and organization. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is as a person and tutor. My daughter got a b+ in math that has never happened. She has helped her excel in school instead of being frustrated and giving up, coming in on her own time just to doublecheck she understood the lesson ...Worth every dime !!!

Mrs. L is a fantastic tutor! She helped both my junior high and high school students succeed. She was able to help them grasp concepts & fully understand them in a way that has helped them throughout their school careers. My daughter is now a successful college student and my son is entering high school without a need for tutoring with an A in math because he was able to gain a strong foundation with Mrs. L’s help. I couldn't ask for a better math tutor. She teaches your kid in way that they can understand, unlike some of my daughter's teachers. She is flexible with in-person & virtual learning. My daughter (sophomore) has been working with her for 4 years now. She has gotten an A in every math class since. Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry(summer), Algebra 2, Pre-Calc(current class) & Physics AP(current class).

Mrs. L has taken great care in the extra time she spends Working with our daughter . Our daughter has struggled for years with math, and is starting to gain confidence that she has lacked .
