- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We often have specials going on, we rotate different specials for different seasons. We try and stay as competitive as possible. Always remember you get what you pay for, so the cheapest guy is not always the best guy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer, discuss project, discuss a game plan, offer a written estimate. Complete job in a timely manner, with complete satisfaction.
