- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary depending on course type and size, whether classes are introductory or advanced and location of On- Site training. We also offer group discounts for class sizes of five or more students. HSCT is delighted to format a class based on your individual need, and works diligently to assure that the customer is always pleased with the service they received.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each class is catered and customized to focus on the skills and topics that are most important to you as our client. Time is spent to make sure HSCT have a clear understanding of your goals as well as making sure you gain the confidence and specific knowledge conducive to your class. We are pleased to take care of your Registration, your AHA Certification Card, your Student Tacking (for lost or recertification cards), Ensuring dedicated Certified Instructors, and Top of the line Equipment to satisfy your training needs. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our dedicated Certified American Heart Association Instructors are among EMTs, Paramedics and Medical Assistants with over 18 years experience in their medical backgrounds and in teaching all disciplines of CPR. Both Introductory and Advanced classes. We adhere to the policies and procedures of the American Heart Association. All Instructors are up to date and current on the training required by AHA to enable them to teach each course.
