About this pro
The overall experience was horrible. He put tile down for me and it was a bad job. He was more interested in getting paid then checking the quality of his work. I had to walk him from room to room pointing out the issues. At one point he accused me of nitpicking because I was pointing out how uneven the cuts were. He's still in the process of fixing all the flaws and this has been going on for two weeks. Still not done. Will post pictures with my final review when all is complete. Update: I added just a few photos of his work. There are more but for some reason it won't let me upload them. Also lately I've notices uneven tiles while trying to pull out my oven and refrigerator I have to lift it because tile is uneven. I had mentioned this to him and he said it was just has to clean up the stuff between the tiles. He said he cleaned it up and it was fine. Not true, it's still uneven. Going to contact Thumbtack to see what can be done. Completely unsatisfied. The more I look at it the more I find wrong.Jul 23, 2018Verified
They installed carpeting in my investment property after my tenant ruined it. They did such an amazing job I had them carpet my in home movie theater and the results were just as amazing. I’m using their services again. Great quality, prompt, and reliable.Mar 30, 2018Verified
Jim from Getgreatflooring was a pleasure to deal with. His workers did a fantastic job laying my new porcelain floors. This company is by far one of the best I have dealt with and very reasonably priced!Feb 16, 2018Verified

Jim Frantell and his teams did a great job on our house. He pays attention to detail, cleans everything up and halls off the old carpet and pad. The house has not looked this good since it was new. Thanks Jim, awesome job!!Mar 30, 2017Verified
