Peter is a wonderful contractor for our basement finish (Organic Modern) project. We have known Pete for five or six years now, and were happy to entrust him with this job. He is fun and easy to work with, knows his stuff, and brings artisan-level vision to our project. I've been extremely impressed with his ability to foresee the end result even in a blank space. His mathematical ability to solve spatial issues and logistics is incredible. He weighs in with humor and pragmatism for all our choices in finishes, etc. Even though I'm completely inept at clearly describing my vision for this space, he somehow interprets my communication and comes through with exactly what we need. I love working with him. While we are in the beginning stages of this project (electrical, plumbing, and framing completed), I have full confidence that Pete and his subcontractors will complete our project with professionalism and style. I highly recommend Pete as a skilled, awesome contractor for any work, and I look forward to enjoying the finished project in our home for many years.

Pete has done few projects for me. He is currently doing a tenant finish on a commercial project. He does high quality work for a fair price. I feel like they do their homework before giving out numbers. Very professional and I would recommend to my family and friends!

Pete completed a basement remodel for me in 2012. I was lucky to have someone with his depth of experience on my project. The quality of trim work was actually better than the original house. I will certainly use Pete, as we want to update the upstairs now.

Pete, the owner of Equity Remodeling, was very professional and knowledgeable. Pete built us a 3-car garage with loft and the quality of work was excellent. Pete did everything that he said he would do and honored all commitments. Working with Equity Remodeling was the best contractor experience that we have had to date.
