- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Awareness through movement class, done in a group setting, drop in fee $20. Awareness through movement, 5 classes $85. Awareness through movement, 10 classes $150. Single Functional Integration, private session, $ 90. Three privates sessions, $ 240. Six private sessions, $ 420. Ten private sessions, $ 600. Discounts: Single private session for every 10 classes you attend, $49; Down and out but still want to join my class..pay what you can $ 1
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Day 1 will be an assessment of the students goals, posture and movement patterns, accompanied with a movement therapy session. Usually need one and an hour, and student will feel physically different because of an immediate relaxation of the nervous system, the muscles it controls and a subtle realignment of the spine and a change in breathing. Their will be a corresponding change in posture and mood. Changes to the students bodily awareness and movement will also continue through out the next 2 weeks and sometimes longer. After that, I meet up with student for hourly sessions and/or classes, anywhere from once a month, to 4 times per week, depending on students goals, assessment results, students motivation to do classes and/or homework, time available and finances.

Certified in The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education, 2009. Gyrotonic Foundation training, 2005 P.M.A. certified in studio and mat Pilates, 2004. A.C.E. certified personal trainer, 1996.
