- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer three different packages to fit all budgets. In addition I also offer consultations in 2 hour blocks for the more hands on brides who just need recommendations and guidance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally we would set an appointment to meet for a free consultation at a local coffee shop or casual restaurant, I understand that with work schedules this may sometimes be difficult, so we can do a brief consultation over the phone. When we meet we will go over the overall vision for the event. Once the client and I have had the time to get to know one another we can decide if we would work well together as a team and if so we would then sign a letter of agreement. After both parties have agreed to and signed the letter of agreement we get started on the details!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ABC (Association of Bridal Consultants) Certified wedding and event planner.
