- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the complexity of the case. Software installs and tweaks are billed by the hour, and hardware is typically a fixed price, which includes any replacement components.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is contingent on the specific requests of the client. Software and minor troubleshooting can be done remotely, with the participation of the client. Hardware and more complex software issues are handled at the clients location or if they prefer, can be picked up for off sight analysis and completion.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for the computer industry and any facet of the tech industry. My husband is an Information Specialist,and we both enjoy the reciprocity of our careers.
