- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is below the going rate. However, you want good quality work done on your home. Many of our employees have been around for a long time. That's because we pay a fair wage and get great, quality work. If you see pricing lower than ours, it's probably someone cutting corners. That's just not what we do and we advise you not to cut corners as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know you! We have many repeat customers for a reason. We believe in building trust and establishing a strong reputation in your neighborhood. Please call us or text us for questions at any time! Process: 1. Accept our bid 2. Talk with us on the details or schedule an inperson meeting 3. We get to work and meet your deadline!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience ranges from new builds, additions, renovations, remodels, decks, drywall, and paint (interior & exterior). We are IICRC trained and certified. This is critical for Fire, Water and Smoke damage on your home.
