Introduction: Im a strong independent woman, who has a laid back attitude. Im compassionate and i know and understand the troubles of having goals and having a hard time reaching them. I understand the pressures family and friends can place on you when you are trying yo be healthy. I understand how it feels to know you need to exercise and wishing you had someone to guide and encourage you, and push you to do your best. I enjoy helping people reach their goals. I enjoy helping people be healthier and seeing the differences they notice in themselves and their health when they do.
