- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There's no way to determine an exact estimate without first examining and identifying the pest(s), the size of treatment area, and the location of treatment. I offer free estimates and go through the best service solution for your specific pest issue. I pride myself with offering the best solution for you and not wasting your time and money on unnecessary treatments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers or existing clients - I listen to the client about their pest issue, examine the pest to confirm the exact species, determine the treatment strategy and apply the correct chemicals if needed, then I offer the best solution and treatment plan for their specific pest control need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for an elite pest control company in Wisconsin and had intensive training throughout the year I worked for them, such as identifying specific species of ants, cockroaches, flies, and many other flying and crawling insects. I've managed and serviced 500+ clients per year including commercial (nursing homes, hospitals, etc) and residential properties. I recently moved to the DFW area and got my Commercial Certified Applicators License through the Texas Department of Agriculture, the highest pest control certification, and became the new owner of All-Terrain Pest Control in March 2016.
