We were having AC problems at our rental property and L&M Air Solutions came to the rescue. Our prior AC tech misdiagnosed the issue and did not fix the problem, after charging us hundreds of dollars. After contacting L&M we were provided with timely service, a clear summary of what needed to be done and very reasonable pricing. The work was done fast and it was done right. I couldn't be happier with my experience, I would strongly recommend L&M!! Even my tenants were impressed with the professionalism and courteous service that Jaime and his crew displayed. Kind to come out on a Sunday morning, and very professional. found the issue within 5 minutes of arriving. He gave me a follow up call next day, with quotes on several complete systems since my unit is so old and needs replacement to prepare for future install.
