- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when contacted by a potential new client we go over every detail of the event. We check our calendar- then we set up a time and place to meet in person. We would go over the contract, which at that point there will be a $50-$100 non-refundable deposit required, (depending on event). Everyone will be on the same page and know what is expected for the event. We are very easy to work with and can accommodate almost any request.
