- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our jobs are based on a scale of dollars per square foot. There are other factors such as access to the worksite from the street and different types of barriers that need to be overcome that may also affect prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer in an onsite consultation. Speaking directly is the best way to get a general idea and a visual picture of what the customer wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned on the job for the past two years from my two Forman and partners in business who have a combined 60 years working with concrete. I currently handle the business administration and am currently pursuing my MBA in principles of construction.
