- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we agree on a set rate/fee for a single service, I look to honor that agreement. If we go over on time scheduled, I won’t add any additional fees unless it’s an hour or more over.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Looking to build a positive rapport upfront to help to the overall tone. I am big on client satisfaction and delivering good service with a smile. I prefer a call, text convo, or email to help me understand how I can best support you. I’m open to an initial free consultation to bring comfort, get to know you, and iron out the details of the project so I can help direct you towards the results you desire. A simple idea is all I need to help bring it to life and to meet your expectations. Once we have that, we can discuss all necessities, and find a time for the actual shoot. After the shoot, I will create a profile online that only you have access to and let you decide what top pictures you would like edited. Number of edits depends on the your needs and budget.
