Introduction: I am a registered dietitian nutritionist with 16 years of experience applying functional nutrition practice in both inpatient and outpatient care. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Human Sciences and a Masters of Science in Health and Kinesiology, both from Mississippi State University. I also holds a culinary certificate from Mississippi State University for Women’s Culinary Arts Institute. I look forward to supporting clients in reaching their optimal health and well being goals by understanding the role nutrition plays in our lives. I believe one of the most important things we can do to build health is to nourish our bodies.
