- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a different model for pricing photography. I charge a flat rate for taking and editing the photographs - and then price per image. I find that clients prefer being in charge of how much they spend. If they love every image, they can purchase them all. If they love only half - they are welcome to purchase only half the images and save a little money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I interview them to get their ideas for their event/photo session. What are the expectations regarding style and editing? Where will the session take place? Any 'must-haves'?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Art from Columbia College in Columbia, SC.
