- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is customary that we receive a retainer fee at the on-set of an investigation and deduct a standard hourly rate, plus necessary expenses as the investigative services continue. State law requires the the investigator and the client sign a Contract for Investigative Services providing a complete description of the scope of services and the cost. We do not have hidden cost!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the on-set of an investigation we look into the clients particular circumstances and determine the desired outcome, and then we begin gathering early intelligence about the subject of the investigation. Using this information, we formulate a strategy that will achieve the best chance of success through targeting key elements of the subjects life and establish the best possible time and places to execute that plan.
