- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined either on hourly or a flat rate basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is the introduction part. We like to tell the customer who we are and how we do our work. After a brief conversation the customer describes what kind of service would they like. We set a day to visit the customer to do the estimate which is completely free with no obligations at the exact location where his services are needed so we can in person determine what would be the best and most effective way to help the customer. After the estimate and a quote the customer makes a final decision if he is gonna hire us for the services needed .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked 12 years as an BMW supervisor all over the globe. My responsibilities included transporting and moving industrial as well as office equipment from one continent to another.
