Introduction: The mission of Werres Nutrition is to empower others to live a healthier lifestyle. Through education and accountability, I help clients learn healthy eating and exercise habits, mindful eating, and other important life skills to help them achieve their goals. I help clients build the knowledge and skills to include more whole and healthy foods in their diet, shop for these foods while staying on budget, prepare these foods in a timely manner, and include or increase enjoyable physical activity and workouts into their lifestyle. I started Werres Nutrition in 2017 after finishing Precision Nutrition Level 1 coaching. I am passionate and committed to helping clients achieve their wellness goals by providing a positive, motivating, professional atmosphere.
