Carpet steam cleaned. Moved from Atlanta to Greenville. Was surprised by moving company of early delivery. Called carpet company in morning and carpet cleaned same afternoon. The carpet cleaning by itself is great. It is clean and looks new. Perhaps my rating is too low based on that criteria alone. The person cleaning the carpet had an unfortunate accident and we are still not clear on exactly what happened. We believe he dropped the cleaning machine down the bonus room stairs although he may have slipped and fallen down the stairs. Whatever happened it left a rather large hole in the wall at the bottom of the stairs. To their credit Carpet Unlimited had a contractor at the house within 3 hours of the incident and the repair began. Today is the second day of repair work to paint the wall and paint and install new trim molding which was also damaged. So far so good!

Equipment didn't work first time out then conflict in rescheduling. Agreed to a day then rescheduled again then again. Fired at that point
