I had a Sony Vaio all in one with touch screen monitor that would no longer connect to the web. Sean was able to get it working straight away. He also cleaned the computer inside and out. Windows software was all updated and he even installed a reliable antivirus program. My mom who mostly uses the computer to play games is very happy.
I then needed to have my HP tower repaired as it would not boot after the most recent Windows 10 upgrades that were pushed through. Sean was able to fix that problem as well and have cleaned the inside of that computer as well. He also backed up all my important files for me and advised me on some backing up solutions. Could not be happier with performance of both repaired machines after the repairs!
