I'm in my 90's. I know a little about the computer, like solitaire and emails and can write some things I need to remember, but it always scared me to use it because I was afraid something would go wrong. And it did---too often. Then I got in touch with CompuCell. Life is improving. Paul came a couple of times to get me out of a jam. He didn't just correct the problem but helped me learn how such things happen. And sometime I just call and he can straighten things out on the phone. I've had a flip-open cell phone for over 10 years. Carried it for emergencies, never turned it on. Paul talked about cell phones and came up with one I could use for a while to try. I always envied people with modern cell phones but never thought I could use one. I'm learning! And fearfully enjoying it. Paul spent about 45 minutes with me to start. He's a good teacher and I'm a scared student. I can send text messages, use the phone, the camera, and a few apps I'm getting familiar with. I will need another one or two lessons to move on. But it's great so far.

Computer was locking up, with and without "blue screen". The technician was very knowledgeable and
helpful. After diagnosing and fixing the problem,
he took time to answer our questions and offered suggestions to keep problems from coming back.

Paul repaired the charging port in my tablet. The service was great and I had my tablet back in 3 days. I would recommend him to anyone.

Paul McAllister replaced a charging port on my Kindle Fire and did an amazing job. My kindle was returned in a timely manner and was not damaged in the process. He also cleaned and repaired my home computer that I thought was it was unrepairable. I'm so glad I talked to Paul first and gave it to him to look at before spending money on a new one! I highly recommend him for any of your computer or cell phone repair needs.

I was having issues with my computer recently; it was very slow when first signing on and once I did get into the internet, I couldn't always keep connection. I immediately contacted Paul and asked him if he could locate and resolve the issue for me. His response was immediate and his concern was genuine.
Within a week's time, Paul had my computer back up and running like new and to my surprise no programs or settings had been deleted. I also appreciated his explanation of the work he had completed.
I would highly recommend Paul McAllister to anyone in need of computer repairs. Great work and great personality to go with it!!!
