- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. Everything I design is custom work and pricing can vary depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, 1. We begin with a phone or in person wedding consult. I get to know you and your fiancé a little better (❤️❤️❤️) & hear/ listen to all your wedding visions. 2. Once I have an understanding of your dreamy 🌺🌺🌺 wedding florals & Decor I will tailor a floral package just for your wedding. 3. Then, we agree on the price 💲and I email you a formal contract of services. 4. A 50% deposit to book your wedding can be paid by credit card, PayPal, check or cash. Pay balance no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date. 5. I begin the designing process about 60 - 90 prior to your wedding date. 😍 6. Once I begin designing, I promise to communicate via text, messages, email or however you like to communicate. 📞 I will send you sneak peaks of designs. 7. Delivery, ship or setup your amazing dream wedding florals & decor. 🚐
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Do you remember Ben Franklins? (If you're old enough to remember them 😊). (Similar to Michaels today). 34 years or so ago, I took a couple of bridal bouquet classes and fell in love with flowers and design. I've been designing ever since.
