I called upon Five Star Moving when I was looking to move almost 100 miles away. Five Star Moving was responsive to my moving needs and very professional. The movers made sure my belongings were protected and secure within the moving process. The quality of professionalism was obvious from the start. This Company was very punctuaI did not have to wait on them they was right on time, they did an excellent job, they handle everything with care as if it was there own, a very professional Company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I plan to move in the near future and will be using their services again.

Left us hanging... no contact after they had a fender bender on the way.
Response: I did not speak with a Maria. It was a gentleman who informed me of a minor mishap on the highway....no injuries.he would be back in touch to reschedule... NOT COOL

We were working on a rescheduling date when you gave us a bad review. Why would we not want your business? All of our customers are satisfied with our work. The gentlemen that arrived were courteous, helpful as well as professional. There were some communications issues sat the beginning but were quickly cleared up. I will be hiring them again in the future.
