Called and confirmed with him on Thursday for a move this Sunday and I sent him all the info. He never showed, never called, texted or emailed me. I left him several text msgs, messages on his website, but nothing was returned. COMMUNICATION WAS HORRIBLE. I was left to find another mover at the 11th hour on a Sunday and it was awful as I had to be out today. If your thinking of using them, think again.
Details: 1 bedroom home • Apartment • Less than 5 miles • 1 - 10 boxes • Yes, the mover will move items up/down stairs • No, the move is on the ground floor • Need some more information before hiring

I sincerely apologize for this situation but my grandmother who I’d previously spoken to the client about passed away and as a small business man I was not able to delegate the job out so readily.. as far as communication goes I did drop the ball Bc of grieving as I said before I sincerely apologize
