Ted was awesome! I needed a new toilet seat installed in my guest bathroom before relatives stopped in and Ted was terrific! My time was very limited and I work long hours, which prevented me from being able to purchase the toilet seat on my own. Ted stopped by, measured my toilet bowl, and made the trip to purchase the toilet seat for me. He installed the toilet seat and left no mess whatsoever for me to clean up. He was very fast and thorough (even with the trip to Home Depot). He showed up on time and took very little of my time to install the product. I will definitely use Ted again.
