Introduction: An Honest Skilled professional with 16 years of trade experience service and installation. I have a HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) background which makes me a universal technician capable of troubleshooting heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, appliances, electrical (high and low voltage problems), water heaters , plumbing, and ventilation. I believe integrity and quality should always be of the most important key in every job. I have always enjoyed helping people and fixing things. From a young age I had a strong work ethic and a desire to figure things out. Troubleshooting is one of my strong suits, coming up with solutions and providing options for the customer in a timely manor seems fun to me.

Jesse was great to work with. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He installed our nest thermometer as well as additional wiring necessary to complete the installation. We would not have been able to do this ourselves. Would definitely use him again for future needs.

Jesse was quick to respond on short notice when we needed to get our heat pump in order, just before a new tenant moved in. He was communicative, arrived promptly, and diagnosed and repaired the system quickly and professionally. I highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price as fair as I can with out seeing the job in person. I'm competitive and try to hold a minimum $95.00 charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would always prefer that the customer is home during the time of repairs/diagnosis so efficient action can be taken place to address the issues at hand. Payment should be made at the time of the job being completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC Trade school WyotechFremont 2002-2003 Union apprenticeship local 104 San Leandro 2003-2006 Continued education to keep NATE certification current. EPA Certification (refrigerant handling) required to work on air conditioners / heat pumps. CPO ( Certified Pool Operator ) required to chemically treat pools and spas
