- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a full service Realtor, meaning that no matter how much you spend to hire me, you will get personalized service throughout your transaction. I work hard to satisfy my client and I thrive to help you get the best service, and best property for the price. But hiring a full service agent doesn't mean you have to break the bank to hire me. You get exceptional service, always free of charge as a buyer! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's have a talk on the phone or chat online (whatever you like best!) so that I can assess your needs and make sure I am a good fit for you. If all goes well, we will meet at the property you are selling so that I get a better idea of the condition and location and so that I can price it more appropriately, show you selling options, the timeline of marketing and selling your property and sign the sales agreement. If you are buying, the process is similar, except we can meet either at my office or a location nearby to sign the buyer agreement, and then go on our way to visit homes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in Finance and Customer service. Aside from my real estate license, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. This background makes me an excellent negotiator so that I can ensure the very best price for your property with the best terms. My extensive customer experience helps me not only make sure my clients are always satisfied, but it also helps me build great relationships with all the other parties in the transaction, to ensure a smooth experience for my clients. Aside from that Keller Williams is a large company that was awarded best company in the world for their training. I work with over 400 agents in my office alone! If I don't know the answer, there will always be a professional in my office that can help. You are not only working with me, you are working with a huge team of experts!
