- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to provide affordable rates offering you our mistery box after each visit. What´s inside? Special discounts, free jobs, extra hours at no extra charge and more. Check out our website to know what is included for each project. Prices does not include taxes. We accept credit and debit cards. Google Pay, Paypal, Cash
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an appointment with at least one day in advance, we ask for the address, contact info and general details of the project so we can take everything we might need and be ready. When the big day comes we introduce our friendly staff and talk about the details of the project, what they would like to have done and special information we should know. Some important to know is before any regular and frequent cleaning we ask for a deep cleaning first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Founded in 2002. We count with experienced and overall friendly staff. Our team members go through a series of online training which includes customer service and leadership skills. We also try to give it our best in every project so you don't have to worry, your place is in good hands.
