- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and reasonable we're not here to break the bank, we're here to save it.... If you pay for anything (i.e furniture etc) after the move is because you wanted to and not because you had to. That is Money well spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is a new customer even if there are not our first impression is our only impression and if we can't make 5 stars out of that... Well then you just didn't hire us! 😊
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing moving by helping a family friend move and boy was she particular and back then I wasn't as patient as I was now. 5+ years later I appreciate her more and more.
