- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this current time do to absorbent fees from the credit card processing companies, we currently only accept cash unless the trip is paid in advance. If this is the case, a check may be sent out for the deposit or the full payment in advance at least four (4) business days before the scheduled trip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with the customers is to insure that everyone is comfortable with the arrangements for the trip and the vehicle to be used. We normally require a deposit in advance for a trip but last minute could be possible if we have the units available and you are paying cash. There is no guarantee a vehicle of your choice will be available on the day of your trip WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of this company and the majority of it's drivers all former commercial bus drivers and/or truck drivers with a great deal of over the road experience. WE love to go long distances.
