- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the initial inquiry, it is paramount to understand the needs of my clients. The first goal is to conduct a comprehensive interview, (face-to-face or phone conversation) to identify and prioritize what matters most to my clients. Above all, you're the boss. I serve always place a client's interest above all others. It's that simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My advanced degree in information technology has proven highly beneficial to my growing client base. In addition, I have over 20 years in special legal investigations experience that sets me apart from the vast majority of the agents you will find anywhere. My passion for helping my clients, along with a unique skillset in research, empowers my clients in the ability to make more informed decisions.
