- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer a fair rate based on pool size and we come once a week if there’s ever any issue we believe in customer service so if we need to go above and beyond for our clients we will with pleasure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I️ like to meet and greet and see a new customers pool and give an estimate on repair in person or estimate on pool service most pools 30,000 gallons are $120 for monthly service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I️ work directly with veterans in the pool industry I️ have been involved with pools for years which includes my own pool for 4 years.
